The building site must be a hard and level surface. The building can set right in your yard or drive, however it is recommended to put down 4-6″ of crushed stone in order to achieve a solid level surface that has good drainage.
We must have a clear path to your building site. If there are trees or fences in the way they must be removed before we arrive. Our Mule delivery system has the ability to drive anywhere a truck or SUV can go. Obtaining local zoning approval and permits, if needed, are the responsibility of the customer.
